Relationships are like investments. It's either a Fixed Deposit; safe but it may have "lower returns" or stocks; more risky and it's either you make it big, or lose it all

Call me foolish
Tell me it’s impossible
Tell me that I’m throwing away something that is worth so much more
I know that all these are true
But I just do not understand
Why am I still holding on to something that could probably be nothing?
I’m losing my grip
What if I decided to take that leap but it turns out wrong?
Would I be able to go back and reverse everything?
